Welcome to Bending Branches Yoga. Your online Yoga Boutique. My intention as a professional Yoga Instructor is to help students listen to their inner selves and find the courage to step out of their comfort zone.

Meet your instructor
Hello, My name is Janelle Joy.
I am a Master Energy Worker, Reiki Master Teacher and a RYT 500 at Bending Branches Yoga. I tapped into the world of yoga by learning several different branches including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative. I’ve been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring individuals from Yoga East Healing Arts Studio in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and Emery Bryant Yoga in Springfield, Missouri. Now, I have the chance to share those lessons and experiences with my students which fills me with joy. Everyone could use more yoga in their lives, so I hope to see you on the mat.
